About the company
Our client is a fast-growing fintech company in B to B business in Hong Kong. Due to their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Manager for their Fintech Product Sales team.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Head, you will develop sales strategies to achieve company's B to B sales targets. You have to manage and expand customer base by increasing financial firms and retail banks clients. You are requested to suggest sound digital solutions to clients and work closely with product team to ensure clients' needs are met. You need to prepare sales reports, sales forecast and performance analysis to management for review regularly. In addition, you will share best practices and market insights with teammates to achieve business growth.
The successful candidate
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of sales and business development experience in financial technology or related fields.
• Familiarity with the financial markets and banking industry in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
• Results-oriented, able to identify and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Strong business negotiation skills and customer management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also being a good team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
