About Our Client

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in the HORECA/ Food Service (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel for a FMCG F&B market leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and team leading experience.

Job Description

• Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the HORECA channel.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the food service sector.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align efforts and optimise service delivery.

• Organise training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the food service or HORECA channel.

• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to analyse data and market trends.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Team management experience and coaching skills is value added.
